In the name of God, the compassionate and the merciful

Owing to God and praise be with lord, that under auspices of his holiness the Imam-e-Zaman and under the banner of velayat, to be backed up by government of righteousness and generosity in the year which has been named the year of economic crusade by his highness the supreme leadership of I.R. of Iran, I have been granted the grace of service in East Azarbaijans sporting and specifically in the field of cycling sport, so that by staging the 26^th edition of Azarbaijan International Tour which has become a symbol of friendship and / or fellowship among the countries of the world, to shine, I hope , as a golden page in the report card of E. Azarbaijan’s sporting activities.

Cordially, I would like to thank all efforts and cooperation of all involved organizations and all people in organizing committee of this tour, especially Mr. Ahmad Alireza Beyghi, Governor General of E. Azarbaijan Province and, Mr. Zanghi Abadi I.R. Iran President of Cycling Federation, for their continuous and ceaseless efforts. I also would like to thank his highness Ayatollah Mojtehed shabestari and Mr. Saeidlou, I.R. Iran Vice President and president of Iran’s physical Education Organization , for their valuable guidance in promoting the sporting of the province, wishing everyone best of luck and success in the years to come.
