We all know that nowadays, sport is a social, cultural and economical phenomenon and therefore, promoting sports have direct role in enhancement of above mentioned categories in which, the role of international events is of most important of all.

Azarbaijan international Cycling Tour, as one of the record holders of the major sporting events of our country, in addition to provide opportunities for some healthy competitions in an exciting and slightly route, it also creates a desirable atmosphere for closeness of the most civilizations.

I do hope that the 26^th edition of this tour, achieves the highest level of international competitions, in terms of sporting quality and conditions of staging this event.
