In the name of God, the compassionate and the merciful

At the present time, we are going out to welcome the competitions for 26^th edition of Azarbaijan International Cycling Tour in a circumstances that by the grace of God, we are witnessing the exaltation and reverence of Iranُs sports and sportsman in the International and Asian arenas.

No doubt that, the sense of complacency and honor of Iranُs knight nation of victories and success of sons of this country in sports authentic fields, for instance, the creation of historic epic of GOVANGZHO,which is an achievement resulted of strife, hardship and hard working of joint by joint structure of Islamic Iranُs sport, bravely endeavoring to acquire honor, by safeguarding and protection of morals and genuine athletic spirit, not surrendering and/or showing weakness against the toughness and restrictions of this challenge.

Today, the hero breeding territory of Azarbaijan, once again is hosting an important international competition, which during the past 25 edition of this tour, year after year has been organized qualitatively better and has been considered as one of the adequate and progressive fields of sport in our country, laying the ground works for great many success also, for our cyclists in International events.

I do hope that as in the past editions, all dear guests and participants in this race, spend some good time, full of hilarity and soundness, here in Azarbaijan and regardless of the race results, victory or defeat, to finish these competitions with good memories, joyfully awaiting the commencement of the next editions of this tour, in the upcoming years.
