JP Coppenolle ,comes for tour of Azerbaijan 2012

UCI International Commissaire , Jean Pierre Coppenolle , agreed to join the Panel of Commissaire Tour of Azerbaijan 2012.The Belgian international Commissaire was already appointed by UCI as the Tour PCP in 2010 .He also had been appointed for Presidential Tour of Iran 2011 - which changed the name to Persian Gulf for new season .
