Martin Bruin agreed to attend Tour of Azerbaijan 2012

Dutch ,UCI International Commissaire accepted Organizing Committee of Tour of Azerbaijan 2012 to attend once again as a member of panel of Commissaire . Experienced Commissaire for second consecutive time comes for Tour of Azerbaijan .He was appointed as PCP for the Presidential Tour of Iran in 2010 as well.
