UCI ,Commissaire Commission has just appointed his PCP after a considerable delay based on annually routine.Frederick Chan who had been appointed in 2011 in this position once again comes to Iran to manage two races in a row: Tour of Azerbaijan and Persian Gulf .PG is the new name which directors gave the presidential tour of Iran .International Commissaire ,Chan,takes the position of PCP for second consecutive season.In the Tour ,Martin Bruin and JP Coppenolle will attend as UCI Commissaire.
