UCI Africa Tour fictitious ranking

accordance with article 2.1.007bis UCI Regulations, the organisers of the races mentioned above must comply with an invitation procedure based on a fictitious ranking of UCI Continental Teams.This fictitious ranking for the UCI Continental Teams registered for 2012 is established on the basis ofpoints obtained by the best riders among their current members during the last season (2010-2011). Only this ranking must be used during the whole season, for invitations in class 2 events of the UCI Europe Tour and class 1 or class 2 of the non-European events on the UCI Continental Circuits. The organisers of the class 1 or class 2 of the non-European events on the UCI Continental Circuitswill have to invite the three best teams from their continent.As for organisers of class 2 events in the UCI Europe Tour, they will have to invite the three bestEuropean Continental Teams.
