Organizing Committee of Tour of Azerbaijan signs French Timing Company

For the first time ,Tour of Azerbaijan ,managing board signed to a French Company to handle the Timing of the Tour .Ebrahim Firouzi ,tour secretary,said to website of tour of Azerbaijan : " Last season we had a couple of problems and it was one of the weak spots which Frederick Chan ,PCP, Pointed out ." Despite this innovative solution,that has been aroused criticism against the decision.The critics say the "OC" could hire CFI newly purchased timing system for free instead of hiring the French company.The thing Ebrahim Firouzi,Completely denies it :"Well, that was not my decision ,it came out based on "group thinking " .The French company is a little bit expensive and you can see this from Patriotism point of view,But We'd talked to the French Company before CFI decides to purchase the system.The most important thing is that we 're looking for 'Quality" ;"Votre course" has assured us from quality of job and of course "Equipment".
